喂线球化处理工艺的基本工作原理

(包芯线,喂线机)

喂线球化工艺是将需要加入到铁水中的各种添加剂(球化剂、孕育剂)破碎成一定的粒度,再用冷轧钢带将其包裹成为一条具有任意长度的符合材料(即通常所说的合金包芯线),然后借助于铸造专用喂线机将含有合金元素的包芯线连续不断的射入到铁水包底部,由于高温铁液的作用,芯皮被熔化,合金元素随即与铁液接触,发生球化处理过程,并达到脱硫、球化、孕育、成份调整的目的。

 喂线球化工艺是将需要加入到铁水中的各种添加剂(球化剂、孕育剂)破碎成一定的粒度,再用冷轧钢带将其包裹成为一条具有任意长度的符合材料(即通常所说的合金包芯线),然后借助于铸造专用喂线机将含有合金元素的包芯线连续不断的射入到铁水包底部,由于高温铁液的作用,芯皮被熔化,合金元素随即与铁液接触,发生球化处理过程,并达到脱硫、球化、孕育、成份调整的目的。
    喂线球化处理工艺一台好的喂线机是前提,包芯线的质量是保障,喂线的速度和射入的角度是关键。
    与冲入球化处理工艺相比,喂线球化处理工艺从实际应用情况看,存在明显优势:
   (1) 喂线球化处理后的铁液温度下降少。经过测试,冲入法处理铁液每次温降约100℃,而喂线法处理铁液温降一般在60℃左右。铁液温降小,能使铁液保持在较高的温度状态,铁液粘度小,铁液中的渣及夹杂物容易上浮,利于净化铁液,减少铁液二次氧化夹渣;
   (2) 金相组织及力学性能都优于冲入法,采用喂线球化处理生产的铸件组织稳定,石墨颗粒圆整、细小,共晶团数明显增多;
   (3) 生产成本低采用喂线球化处理铁液,包芯线加入量为0.7~0.8%,根据年产3×103T铸件来计算,仅球化剂一项就可节省大量资金。
   (4) 环境污染少,因为加装了包盖和排烟防尘装置球化反应产生的烟气和弧光得到控制,从而减少或消除了球化作业对环境的污染。
   (5) 采用喂线球化处理工艺铁水的增硅量少,因此可大量使用回炉贴(>50%),节约了生铁成本。
   Wire weeding nodulizing technique is breaking the Nodulant & inculant which need add into the ferro liquid in a certain size , pack it in a long alloy wire weeded thread by a cold-roll steel strip ,then send out to the bottom of the ferro liquid by the foundry wire weeding machine , the strip was melted by high ferro liquid temperature ,alloy element occur nodulizing when meeting ferro lique at once ,can decoke , nodulize,inoculant , adjusting element . 
     Wire weeding nodulizing technique: first is one set of wire weeding machine , second is high quality of core-spun thread, the most important is speed of the wire weeding and the degree of angle when sending out.
     Comparing with normal thrown into way technique , wire weeding nodulizing has obvious advantage after actual application :
      1), Less tempeture of ferro liquid heatting drop ,after testing , heating drop is about 100oC by throwning into way , heating drop is about 60 oC by wire weeding way , smaller heating drop can help ferro liquid keep in high temperature situation , ferro liquid treaclincess is small, its easy for dregs and debris in ferro liquid come up , its good for puring ferro liquid ,cut down the debris in second time of oxidation.
      2) Mechanical property is better the throwning into way , the casting quality is stable by wire weeding nodulizing way producing , graphite size is round ,small ,minor component obvious increasing .
      3)Cost of production is lower wire weeding thread added quantity is 0.7-0.8%, only nodulant will save if chose wire weeding way .
    4)Less environmental pollution ,cam control the smoke and arc light when Nodulizing because have clad and eject smoke and dustproof facility .
      5)Less silicon increasing if chose wire weeding nodulizing way , so can get a lot of recycle steel .(>50%), save pig iron cost .
